Conduct research to understand the issues behind TPM's prioritized objectives

and make this research available to the TPM organization.

Conduct research to understand the positions of candidates

and make those positions visible to the TPM organization.

Provide background information on any ballot issues to the

TPM organization so they can make informed decisions.
